Sage Systems Wall Mounted High Pressure Cleaning & Sanitizing System, commercial quality system with in built safety features and functions which set it apart from other similar systems, these include direct drive motor, triplex plunger pumps a choice of metered chemical systems, either gravity feed or diaphragm pumped, safety bi pass unloader valve which allows the unit to idle when not being used this enhances the life cycle of components, thermal relief valve prevents the unit form overheating, a safety relief valve maintains the unit at a safe working pressure. A rugged Stainless Steel Wall Bracket with loading under shelf. There is an option for a stainless steel hose reel and each unit is supplied with non marking Sage Yellow high pressure hose in either 30’, 50’, 75’or 100’ lengths and 36” stainless steel spray lance assembly with thermal insulated grip. A key feature is the AutoChem function which allows the operator to switch from Soap / Sanitize to Rinse from the end of the lance without the need to return to the unit. Motor Specifications are designated to the country in which the units are being used and can be 230V/50Hz or 115V/ 60Hz or 230V/ 60Hz. A range of pressures are available to suit the cleaning requirements of either 600, 800, 1000 PSI; The main housing of the unit is also Stainless Steel and covered with a Sage Yellow ABS cover to protect the unit from outside conditions and also provide excellent noise reduction when being used internally. Each Sage System is provided with maintenance and operators manuals complete with a service kit to ensure full operational condition for 12 months. Sage Systems are Certified by UL ( underwriters Laboratory) and also CE certified. A range of dedicated options are available for specific applications such as foodservice or animal care and include the ECO Jet Flat Surface cleaner, wall & tile brush and a drain cleaning hose assembly.""
